5 steps to find young people


These 5 steps will show you what you are thinking if you want to slow down the aging process, declare your health and maintain your ideal body.


Step 1: Forget low-fat foods


Now everything is serious, less than a decade and look around you. What are the good suggestions for what you see? We have more than any other Chinese, bad carbs, sick and others in history. And we pass these habits on to our children.


The fat must not be afraid, it must accept. They do not make you fat. It helps you to restore the hormones in your body. For example, "energy" testosterone is a direct result of the right hormones of cholesterol and fats in food: "cholesterol" is not a bad word! Your body needs foods that contain fats and cholesterol to produce all the other hormones and essential elements.

Step 2: Stop working in a circle.

Treadmills and all kinds of weight training. (Especially when running) is very useful to change the age. In the long run, exercises often speed up the aging process by adding free radicals. These free radicals are prone to nutrients and essential tissues of the body.

Step 3: Stop the old charges against everything.

Listen: your body is not a clock. Studies show that men and women in the 90s have the opportunity to spend weeks building their heads for easy bodybuilding. I personally changed men and women of physical age to 25 to 95 years.


If you are near a nurse who talks about an elderly person whose pain has increased and lives after 40 years, life is on the hill. You have to go with a positive thinker who faces great challenges. The challenge is to grow up young and become the best challenge to overcome your health and your body.

Step 4: Avoid chronic deviations.


Water is not just "good for you": water to burn fat, water is hungry, it renews your skin. It may take a few years for your face to drink pure water every day at noon. You will lose fat, you will gain more energy and your kidneys and liver will be saved from extraordinary work.


If your kidneys are overloaded with too little water, you need to get your liver. Well, your liver is number one in burning fat. Are you sure you want to change the liquid and the poison instead of the FIA? No, right? Hold a glass of water and look in the mirror. In a few weeks, changes in the face and body will be important.

Step 5: Working under (yes, under)
