12 attitudes to be happy



1.- Express gratitude.




Thank things, appreciate what you have, give THANKS ...

2.- Cultivate optimism .



Thinking in a positive way makes us see the path we walk full of opportunities to feel better. If you want to know how to be happy , one of the most important things in being optimistic.

3.- Avoid thinking more than necessary and compare yourself with others.



We are all different and unique. The phrase of Albert Einstein comes to mind: "We are all geniuses. But if we judge a fish for his ability to climb trees, he will live his whole life thinking he is useless. "


4.- Perform acts of kindness.



HELPING other people makes us feel happy and contribute to the happiness of others. "The way to achieve happiness is to make others happy."  Robert Baden-Powell
To be happy in life, you must be kind.


5.- Take care of social relationships.


Starting with the couple. 
Well-functioning couples spend more than 5 hours a week talking to each other and 
generating five positive emotions for each negative: admiration, gratitude, affection ...


6.- Develop strategies to deal with problems .



It is not happier who does not have problems but who has them, confronts them and learns how to face them in the future.


7. They learn to forgive .



And they forget hatred and resentment, which ultimately harms oneself ..


8.- Increase your absolute experiences.



Dedicate your effort and passion in what you are doing without anything that moves you away from the goal.




9.- Taste the joys of life.
