Benefits of coconut butter

Coconut water, coconut oil, coconut meat ... We've discussed and discovered the benefits of all of this in detail, but coconut butter, a hidden gem of the same stone fruit, often goes unnoticed. So why should you jump into the coconut buttercup?

Coconut butter, made from the fleshy flesh of the coconut, contains lauric acid, which strengthens the body's immune system. After breastmilk, the largest amount of lauric acid (a medium chain fatty acid) is found in coconuts, making it ideal for babies. Diseases such as osteoporosis, type 2 diabetes, certain cancers, and stomach infections can be controlled with coconut butter. It also reduces inflammation of the joints.

Coconut butter is also rich in fiber (and that's the advantage over coconut oil!). In addition to iron are two important nutrients for the proper functioning of the body. It can stimulate the metabolism and help you lose weight if it is taken regularly in the right amount (ideally 2 to 3 teaspoons per day are recommended). It is also great for hair, skin, and nails. Coconut butter can be used alone, as a spreader or as a spice.
